Welcome to a World of Fire

FuegoMundo + Am Yisrael Chai

From Uruguay

Just wanted to tell you about a very special annual Holocaust related program, called Am Yisrael Chai, happening next week.  It’s very close to my heart, and this year will focus on the effects of the Holocaust on the Jewish communities of Latin America.  It’s happening next week, April 14th, 2010, at Congregation Beth Tefillah, at 6:45 PM and open to the public. The website is:

www.amyisraelchaiatlanta.org

They’re expecting 200-300 people to attend.  There’s going to be over 12 South American countries represented, I’m going to be representing Colombia and speaking of my family’s journey from Poland to Barranquilla, Colombia. I will include pictures in the presentation.

Also, my father’s artwork will be on display for the first time. There’s going to be Kosher Tapas by FuegoMundo included in the program.  No charge to attend, but $10-$100 donations are encouraged.  I very much hope you can make it!
