Here, you see our staff preparing the famous Fuego Chips (our plantain chips that come with every meal).

You know, it’s the little things that make the customer experience memorable. We take great pride in all the little things about FuegoMundo. Cleanliness. Speed of food delivery. Quality of the meal. Meticulous food preparation – to name a few.

And we will always work to improve. And we want you to give us feedback.

An example of something we do to make your experience memorable is our “SERVICE POR FAVOR” cards. Resting in each toucan stand on each table, all you have to do is place this card (pic in this post) on top of your toucan stand, and we will come to you and take care of your needs.

Meet Manuel Lasprilla. Manuel is the Manager of FuegoMundo.  Born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, he has lived in Atlanta since 2002 with his wife and three children.  He has a wealth of experience in the food industry as chef and manager, running Latin-Style restaurants in Colombia for ten years, and managing three fast-casual restaurants in Alpharetta for over 5 years.
